While on winter holidays it’s a given that the kitchen will be full of the smells of proper home cooking. One of the highlights of the week is always a customary key lime pie. I go all out and put lime juice and zest in the cream topping too for an all out lime burst to brighten up any rainy dark day. It usually keeps really well in the fridge for midnight pre-bed spoonfuls or treats at anytime and is really easy to make (I’ve attached a photo of the recipe below)!
