Inspired by a tapas book I bought recently, tonight’s tea didn’t disappoint. Half a bottle of cider in with some onions and slices of chorizo make for a quick and delicious stew and the potato cakes with herbs and spices couldn’t be simpler – just coat in egg and shallow fry. Flavour explosion with minimal effort, my kind of tea !
